劉銳紹於1973年開始在新聞機構工作，並於1980年代先後派駐倫敦和北京，跟進港澳回歸事宜；研究兩岸四地（含澳門）發展至今。曾與有關方面研究「一國兩制」，包括港澳與內地融合問題；協助企業進入內地市場；參與港澳公務員培訓；在不同大專院校教授中國及「一國兩制」有關課程。
任何一位「劇場的用家」，若回想初次利用戲劇方法，面向不同社群的受眾時，相信都曾戰戰兢兢的、摸石過河似的走過來。資深戲劇工作者李俊亮從事戲劇工作十多年，對劇場運作擁有豐富經驗，並曾出版《劇場的用家》，分享踏著前行者的腳步而走到現在的經驗。
民間各界專家朋友因而相聚，盼共同商量建議可改善、推動、轉化香港之處，讓各方參詳。
